Burns TV career started in 1995 when she played Peg, a character in the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was on the Baywatch group in 1998. Later, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii rendition, until her pregnancy made her quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American actress, fitness model, and television star most well-known for her performance in the role of Jessie Owens in the famous drama show Baywatch. She is well known for her role in the popular and commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001.
